Terms of use
Last updated: November 3, 2026
Using this site means you agree with what follows. The terms are few and written to be read.
What this site is
Frontier Health Pro is a health insurance quote tool for 2027 in Florida. It shows you Health Insurance Marketplace plans and an estimate of the help with the premium, based on the data you type. For now it only quotes in Florida.
It is operated by a licensed health insurance agent in Florida. The license details are on the "Your agent" card on the home page.
What this site is not
This site is not HealthCare.gov and is not a government website. It is not an insurance company and does not sell insurance by itself.
Getting a quote does not enroll you in any plan: the site has no enrollment function.
The site does not give legal, tax or medical advice.
The figures are estimates
The plans and prices come from the CMS Marketplace API at the moment you get a quote. They can change, and a plan can stop being available.
The help with the premium you see is an estimate that CMS calculates from the data you typed and your county's benchmark plan. It is not a promise that you will receive it or how much it will be.
What you actually pay depends on your real information, on your tax return and on the rules in force when you enroll. If what you typed is not accurate, the result will not be either.
The site does not recommend any plan.
Guidance from a licensed agent
If you want to go over your options with a person, the agent can guide you. The license details are on the "Your agent" card on the home page, where you can also verify the license on the Florida Department of Financial Services website.
Reasonable use
Use the quote tool for real quotes. Do not use it with automated programs or to make requests in bulk.
Each request uses up some of our connection's allowance with CMS, so the server limits how many requests one connection can make per minute. If you reach the limit, it may reject requests until a minute has passed.
Availability
The site depends on the CMS API. If CMS does not respond, the site tells you and you can try again later. We do not promise that the site is available at all times.
Other sites
Links to other sites, such as HealthCare.gov, take you outside this site. We do not control what they say.
Changes
If we change these terms, we update this page and its date.
Questions and contact
For any question about this page, call the agent. The phone number and the license details are also on the "Your agent" card on the home page.
